Standards may be met in several ways to conserve natural resources on property. Solar panels, packed gravel driveways, insulation, plumbing that recycles, certain types floors, and waste reduction can make a property green.
Green Technology (Green Tech) is utilized to meet the various standards and rankings by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Standards uses various categories to rate property according to their green appraisal standards.
